Our onboarding process is designed to make transitioning your Fort Worth rental property into professional management simple and stress free. Initial Consultation and Property Review

This includes coordinating professional Onboarding photos, creating listings, and launching advertising to attract qualified tenants. For occupied properties, we review the current lease and communicate with tenants to ensure a smooth transition.

Transition to Full Management

Once onboarding is complete, your property moves into full service management. Our team begins handling rent collection, maintenance coordination, HOA compliance, inspections, rent disbursement, posting owner statements and owner/tenant communication. Ongoing Support and Communication

If you are not satisfied within the first ninety days, you may cancel without penalty, reinforcing our commitment to results and accountability.

Communication Guarantee

Our team will respond to you within 24 Business hours.

90-Day Resident Placement Guarantee

Traverse Property Management will cover a standard eviction cost in addition to waiving the lease fee for the next resident placed.

Optional Eviction Protection Guarantee

If an eviction becomes necessary, we manage the process and re-rent the property promptly. This optional service extends the 90-day tenant placement guarantee and is available for $20 per month, starting in the fourth month of occupancy.

On-Time Payment Guarantee

If the resident’s payment clears on time, we will pay you by the 10th of each month– unless the 10th falls on a Saturday or Sunday. In that case, disbursement will be made on the following business day (Monday).

30-Day Rental Guarantee

We pledge to secure a qualified resident within the first 30 days of marketing or we will waive your first month’s management fee.

Happiness Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 90 days of service, you may cancel the agreement with no penalty.

Results Guarantee

Traverse Property Management will not collect a management fee until rental payments have been collected.

Legal and Accounting Compliance Guarantee

Traverse Property Management pledges to protect you by:
